The harvesting efficiency of the metasurface was calculated as η = PLOAD / PINC, where PLOAD is the total time-average power dissipated on the loads and PINC is the total time-average power incident on the metasurface. High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) software was used to analyze the performance of the harvester.
